Leah and Mason's First Cub's Game

We had some gorgeous weather this weekend! Saturday was the perfect day for a baseball game. We had tickets to the Cubs game and Leah and Mason would be first-timers! The game was at 1:20 pm. Right after Leah's morning gymnastics class, we hit the road to go downtown. I went online and paid for parking through the park whiz website, which made it super easy (and less stressful) on figuring out where we would park, since it is so crazy out there. Finding the spot was easy breezy and then it was a short walk to the field! We all had our Cubs gear on and were ready for the game! They give out 'first time 'certificates to everyone who's first time it was at a game. They are cute! Leah and Mason had a great time and we had pretty good seats! The sun was shining and it was a beautiful day! We all enjoyed ballpark hotdogs and pretzels! By the 6th inning, the kids were starting to get a little antsy, so we called it a day. The Cubs ended up getting their butts kicked anyways. After the game, we went and met my dad and Maryann for pizza at this cute little place in downtown Lemont. It was so good!
