Jacque and DeWayne's Wedding

My little cousin Jacque got married on Saturday, August 9th and her wedding was beautiful! I am so happy we were able to be there for their special day!

Leah had been asked to be the Flower Girl and was looking forward to wearing her fancy dress. Before she could get dressed, she got her hair done at the salon like the other girls. This was her first time ever getting her hair done and she was so excited! I know she was beaming on the inside.

 She loved her little tiara!
 Pretty up-do

After the salon, I brought Leah over to the reception hall where Jacque was getting ready. She sure looked beautiful! Once Jacque was ready, the photographer did a bunch of pictures of the girls. I was able to snap a few pics myself too!

The sweet flower girl - she feels like a princess

The ceremony started at 6:15 pm and took place outside near the pond. It was a pretty hot day - close to 90! The ceremony was short and sweet. I had my fingers crossed that Leah would do a good job. I was nervous that she would chicken out and not make it down the aisle. I was SO proud of her. She did great!! She even managed to throw the rose petals down the aisle!

I thought for sure she was going to come run to me when she saw me, but she didn't!
 Here comes the bride

After the ceremony, the bridal party did lots of pictures outside. I snapped some more too!

I also wanted to get a few picture of the wedding venue. I wish I would have taken more because it was really beautiful. It was at a place called Five Oaks and it had a country, rustic feel. It was perfect.
The center pieces had crystals draped like garland
This picture doesn't really do it justice. It was beautiful.

After all of the pictures outside, Leah was excited to go see her family. She wanted to see her Dad and Papa.

Overall, the wedding was such a good time. I loved every minute spending time with my family. I wish we didn't live so far away.

Jacque and DeWayne - I wish you a lifetime of happiness!!
