Florida 2016

After our LEGOLAND extravaganza, we were looking for some down time for the rest of our vacation. We had rented a house in Naples. Although it wasn't right on the beach, it did have an amazing in-ground pool and was in a great location - close to the beach, shopping and downtown area. Plus it was the most adorable little home! We had the house for 7 days and really spent our time rotating from the beach to the pool to dinners to getting ice cream to relaxing. Unfortunately, we didn't have great weather in the evenings.....it rained almost every day. We were able to get our beach/pool time in during the morning and afternoon, but then around 3:00 every day, it would downpour. We didn't let it ruin our time though. While we were there, I was able to make plans with my dear friend Erin who lives in Ft. Meyers with her family. It was only about a 30 minute drive to her house. It was awesome to catch-up with her and the kids. We also did a manatee tour out on a boat while we were there. The kids absolutely loved it! It was another great vacation!
